Project Planner/Scheduler

Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Planner/Scheduler for our client in Cape Town. The Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, monitoring and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. This includes defining project scope, creating detailed plans, monitoring progress, identifying risks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing performance reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
Educational & Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/Scheduling, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Registration with SACQSP or an equivalent professional body (preferred).
• Professional certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or equivalent are highly valued and demonstrate expertise in project management methodologies.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in infrastructure projects, preferably across multiple sites.
• Proven track record in managing complex project schedules and budgets.
