Project Planner - Edilizia

For a well-known national player company, we are looking for a: PLANNER The professional figure of the Planner, directly reporting to the Project Control Manager, functionally interfacing with PM/DTC/PE, presides independently over multi-contract planning, drafting and updating work programs according to operational and productive priorities, in order to ensure compliance with contractual deadlines, coherence with physical and economic trends, and effective management of resources, ensuring the achievement of project objectives. The Planner will be responsible for: • Coordinating and controlling the development of project plans; • Monitoring and reporting on project progress; • Identifying and mitigating risks; • Developing and implementing corrective actions; • Collaborating with PM/DTC/PE to ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders; • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in project planning and management; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Asana, Trello).
