As Project Owner (m/f/d), you are part of our R&D projects, where you focus on exciting Industrial IoT and Automotive topics. Examples of projects can be found in our Motius Success Stories.

Aufgaben

Your Role

• Analyse of ideas, problem statements, and product landscapes of our customers together with our engineering teams, research, and translation of these into concrete technical solutions (PoC, prototype, MVP) and product visions.
• Planning and structuring of agile projects, creation of user stories, sprint-wise estimation of workloads and scopes with your teams, controlling of key project KPIs, and liaison between your team and our customers.
• Moderation of internal and external project meetings (e.g., Sprint Reviews), analysis of what is best for the products, and management of these requirements with various stakeholders.
• Support in sales activities as well as in talent selection and representative for our talents within feedback and performance processes.
• Motivation of teams, setting decisive questions, and inclusion of relevant contact persons for technical or product decisions.

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience in project management in a project-based corporate environment as well as own development experience in engineering projects.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Interaction Design, Human Factors Engineering, or comparable and experience with innovation projects.
• Fundamental experience in an agile setup, including methodical design of agile development processes and test-, integration-, release-, and production processes as well as UX experience for designing user-oriented solutions.
• Outstanding analytical and research skills, a very independent and structured working style, and ability to switch between the 80/20 work mode and a meticulous/detailed mindset as needed.
• A confident and friendly demeanor towards various stakeholders as well as negotiation-safe German and English language skills.
