Project & Operations Manager (all genders) - Hardware Installation Planning

As a Technical Implementation Manager (all genders), you will bear the primary responsibility for our new and ongoing projects. Together with your team, you will ensure that the number of our active parking spaces continuously increases.

What to expect

• Technical Planning: You are responsible for the technical planning of our parking spaces, which includes analyzing and determining the positions of our hardware in the parking area. (This position does not require on-site visits)

• Coordination: You manage internal and external resources to ensure project progress and work closely with various teams in the Operations department and beyond.

• Installation Planning: You plan installations and maintenance and demonstrate creativity in solving all on-site problems that arise.

• Customer Management: You are the technical point of contact for your projects and coordinate with the customer for a smooth installation/commissioning.

• Continuous Improvement: You question the status quo and ensure continuous process optimization.

• Reporting: You regularly report KPIs to Tim, your future Team Lead, and work closely with various teams.

Inspire us by

• Background: You have successfully completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (technical or otherwise), or a comparable qualification.

• Experience: You bring approximately 2-4 years of experience in project management or operations.

• Technical Affinity: You possess spatial reasoning abilities, technical understanding, and a "hands-on" mentality.

• Work Style: Analytical thinking, as well as structured and thorough work, are among your strengths.

• Think out of the box: You work independently and with personal responsibility, impressing with your proactivity and your solution-oriented thinking.

• Open Personality: You have a confident demeanor in communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Language Skills: Your German is at C2 level, and you communicate fluently in English.
