Project Officer – Client Engagement & Management

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Project Officer to support client delivery in the planning, construction, and infrastructure sectors. You will work closely with our global project leads to deliver cutting-edge planning simulations, behavioural modules, and communications products using incredible technologies. Graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure seamless project delivery
• Coordinate project timelines, site visits, workshops, and reporting
• Support delivery of digital products and integrated planning modules
• Liaise between technical teams and clients, translating complex information into clear actions
• Handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail and organisation

Requirements

• Either: 2-3 years’ professional experience in consultancy, digital delivery, or project management OR a strong academic background with relevant internships/placements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; people enjoy working with you, and you enjoy people
• Commercial mindset (not government/public sector focused)
• Tech savvy, quick to learn digital platforms and tools
• Professional degree (communications, business, engineering, planning, or similar)
• Organised, patient, and adaptable; thrives in a client-facing role
• Interest in transport, civil construction, urbanism and/or HSW/EHS sectors
