The individual planning and execution of renovation projects for sales areas in all our houses across all phases of HOAI lie within the responsibility of Store Design. Furthermore, the Project Management team is to be supported planungstechnically at our demanding high-rise construction projects. Your contribution makes a difference – these exciting tasks are waiting for you:

• Self-responsible project management and planning of shop buildings in collaboration with internal departments, external planners, and suppliers
• Main point of contact for architectural questions at high-rise construction and interior design projects
• Coordination of tenders, procurement processes, cost planning, and project monitoring
• Representation of project interests on building sites and ensuring the implementation of our high quality standards
• Building high-performance project teams through clear communication and solution-oriented action
• Willingness to travel for project assignments at our locations in Germany and Luxembourg
