We are looking for a Project Manager:In to join our Services Bogies & Drives Team in Siegen.

Your role at Alstom - What moves you with us

Our location in Siegen is an international competence center for bogies. 800 colleagues develop, manufacture, test, and repair bogies for global rail traffic - and ensure stability and ride comfort on the tracks.

Your tasks:

• Management of service orders in the area of overhauls, revisions, and repairs including customer care
• Offer preparation including elaboration and calculation of work contents
• Coordination, organization, and leadership of project teams
• Steering and monitoring of project progress, highlighting and countering existing deviations (term, cost, target)
• Planning of project budgets and resource planning in coordination with responsible functions and their monitoring
• Commercial analysis of orders, regular reporting, and presentation in reviews
• Organization and implementation of meetings (project teams, customers, insurance companies, etc.)

• Educated in a technical or economic field or equivalent
• Multiple years of experience in a technically-oriented function with interfaces
• Ideal experience in services, after-sales, and/or maintenance business
• Deep knowledge in project management
• High customer- and service orientation, negotiation skills, and confident appearance
• Zest for life and flexibility, pronounced coordination and organization abilities, and high team spirit
• Safe handling of MS Office
