metrify is Enpal's smart metering unit and the digital infrastructure for an intelligent energy ecosystem. With tens of thousands of installed iMSys and scalable processes, we make energy measurable, controllable, and economically usable – and together with our partners, we create the foundation for new business models in the energy transition.

Your Tasks

• You will independently manage communication with our most important accounts (grid operators and suppliers) and build long-term, trusting partnerships.

• You will coordinate the implementation of projects between external market partners and internal departments, and always maintain an overview of tasks, timings, and responsibilities.

• You will establish commitments, transparently document project progress, and consistently follow up on tasks with all stakeholders.

• You will manage escalation communication and ensure cooperative collaboration even in challenging situations. You will plan, conduct, and document market partner calls together with internal experts.

• You will identify optimization potentials along the market partner processes and decide, based on KPIs and impact, which topics to prioritize.

• You will support the setup of dashboards, tracking mechanisms, and transparent KPI structures.

• You will coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and other departments and actively drive topics forward.

• You will gain in-depth understanding of technical and operational contexts of market communication around smart metering.

• You will support the further development of structures and processes in a rapidly growing environment.

Your Profile

• You have several years of relevant professional experience – ideally in the energy market, account management, operations, or project management.

• You communicate confidently, professionally, and empathetically – both in writing and orally. Your German is at C2 level.

• You clarify responsibilities and expectations early on and set boundaries transparently – without burdening the partner relationship.

• You present yourself confidently in meetings, remain calm even during escalations, and conduct discussions in a solution-oriented manner.

• You maintain an overview even in complex situations, take responsibility, and work in a structured way.

• You have a good analytical understanding and can reliably assess priorities.

• You enjoy working cross-functionally and efficiently coordinate different stakeholders.

• You are interested in technical topics, systems, data, and processes related to smart metering and the energy industry.

• You are eager for a dynamic environment and want to take on responsibility in a central role with significant scope for action.

• Experience in the energy market, with grid operators, or with smart metering is a plus, but not a must.
