* You possess (ideally) experience in IT project management based on IPMA, PMI and/or Prince2
* You work structured, find solutions even with changing requirements and keep your orientation
* You have a basic technical understanding of the IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, security) and ideally know what is necessary for stable operation
* You can organize well and work with others without losing sight of the big picture and take responsibility
* You are familiar with the requirements in multi-project management, including change processes, and work safely in direct exchange with decision-makers
* Good German and English skills in writing and speaking round out your profile
* You have a training or degree in IT or business informatics or comparable practical knowledge

* You take over the leadership or support of IT infrastructure projects, such as network modernizations, server migrations or cloud integrations
* You plan projects comprehensively and keep time, costs, resources and risks in mind
* You clarify needs with departments, agree with colleagues and decision-makers and ensure a realistic planning
* You coordinate project activities and ensure timely implementation
* You recognize risks early on and take measures before they become a problem
* You establish coordination processes aimed at goals and ensure that everyone has the same information level
* You ensure the quality of project results and document insights (Lessons Learned) to ensure long-term secure operation of services
* You work closely with departments, IT operations and external partners
