Job Description

• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction projects for multifunctional buildings
• Feasibility studies and planning of construction steps during ongoing production
• Preparation of building plans, layouts, and preparation of documents for building permit applications
• Participation in project groups and active assumption of responsibility for cost and time plans
• Solicitation and evaluation of offers, commissioning and coordination of internal and external service providers
• Coordination and monitoring of the execution of construction work, site management, and corresponding site equipment
• Presentation of projects in internal and external audits
• Preparation of estimates, procurement of services, and conduct of construction accounting and recalculation
• Support for planning and implementation of a small to large parking lot renovation project
• Stakeholder management and communication with external companies
• Cost tracking and scheduling
• Consultation on technical aspects of the parking lot renovation, including revolving doors, barriers, and porter's house

Profile

• A completed degree in engineering, construction, or architecture
• Experience in construction (with all performance phases) and/or plant construction
• Experience as a construction site leader is an advantage
• Fundamental knowledge of technical project management
• Experience with HOAI and VOB
• Knowledge in cost tracking and scheduling
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D-CAD, and MS Office/MS Project
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and hands-on mentality
• Fluent German language skills
