Requirements - they possess a training as mason, carpenter, high-rise designer / draftsman architecture or comparable (w/m/d) - further education as Eidg. dipl. building manager high-rise, architect FH, dipl. technician HF high-rise / construction engineer is important for the KMU (if they are currently undergoing further education, this would also be fine) - a customer-oriented and economic thinking and working style is also an essential requirement - describe themselves as independent, organizationally strong, collegiate, and negotiable?
