PROJECT MANAGER

WinTime S.p.A. Agency for Employment – Naples Branch is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER for an important company operating in the naval sector. The figure will be responsible for planning, supervising, and managing complex projects in the naval sector, ensuring compliance with times, costs, quality, and safety, and optimizing available resources. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders, guaranteeing efficient management conforming to technical standards and regulations. Required skills: · Coordinate all project phases from start-up to final delivery; · Plan and monitor timelines, costs, and resources, ensuring compliance with the assigned budget; · Manage and supervise technical activities, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners; · Ensure that all activities are compliant with quality standards and safety regulations; · Maintain effective communications with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress; · Identify and promptly resolve any problems or unforeseen events that may affect the project's progress; · Prepare technical reports and project documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with company standards. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent title; · At least 5 years of experience in managing projects in the naval or industrial sector; · Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills; · Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards applicable; · Good communication and relationship management skills with clients and stakeholders; · Knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
