Project Manager - Wholesale Banking

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives that drive transformation across UOB’s business and technology landscape. The role is accountable for the end-to-end management of projects — from initiation through execution and closure — ensuring delivery on scope, budget, and quality. The Project Manager will play a key role in enabling long-term growth for the Bank by fostering innovation, leveraging data and AI, and driving outcome-focused cultural change. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and excellent problem-solving abilities. In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to deliver projects that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
