Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with business analysis skills to deliver some of our most important HR transformation projects — from Workday-related initiatives and payroll to talent programmes and people services. This role is your opportunity to shape how our people processes work, delivering end-to-end projects while bringing structure and clarity to a fast-moving environment. You'll partner with senior HR leaders, IT, Finance, and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered with discipline, on time, and with impact. Main responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of HR projects, including Workday-related initiatives, payroll, talent transformation, talent acquisition, and people services.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation and handover into service.
• Perform business analysis: gather and document requirements, support stakeholders in shaping business cases, and translate needs into deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leadership, IT, Finance, and external partners.
• Drive governance and structure across projects, ensuring clear plans, roles, and accountabilities are in place.
• Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Produce clear, consistent reporting and communication for stakeholders at all levels.
• Hold stakeholders accountable for delivery commitments while maintaining strong collaboration and trust.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure consistent project management standards and quality outcomes.

Requirements:

• Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and hybrid project methodologies, with flexibility to adapt approaches
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to work across business functions and levels. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear reporting and articulate progress. Proven track record delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Experience in HR transformation or wider business transformation.
• Strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement). Familiarity with Waterfall/ Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with pace, focus, and accountability in a dynamic environment.
