Project Manager (USA, English C2)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of glass installation projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors, as well as managing budgets, schedules, and resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects. Responsibilities: * Manage all phases of glass installation projects, including project planning, execution, and closure. * Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. * Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. * Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. * Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential issues and risks. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders. * Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors. * Maintain accurate project documentation and records. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the glass or construction industry. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.). * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must possess a valid driver's license.
