Project Manager

Job Description Permanent, Full-time | Ponsonby location (3 days in the office and 2 from home) Travel to Australia may be required at certain stages of the project lifecycle We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects that make a real difference to organisations within the UP Education group. You'll bring people together, keep projects on track, manage challenges as they arise, and ensure successful delivery from beginning to end. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Governance: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes developing project plans, setting milestones, and monitoring progress against those milestones. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners. This includes communicating project status, managing expectations, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Project Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of projects. This includes developing risk management plans, identifying potential issues, and implementing mitigation strategies. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing project team by providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring. This includes setting clear goals and objectives, providing feedback and recognition, and ensuring all team members have the necessary skills and training to deliver projects successfully.
