Project Manager

USI is actively looking for a talented Project Manager to join our leadership team. This ideal candidate will serve as the focal point for all communication with assigned customers regarding schedules, quotations, and engineering issues. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues. As well as monitor the profitability for all assigned customer programs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates the start-up and execution of projects; ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers; identifies and addresses potential issues before they become major problems. FORECASTING AND BUDGETING: Forecasts project costs and schedules; develops and manages budgets for assigned customer programs. MONITORING AND REPORTING: Monitors project progress and performance; prepares and presents regular reports to management on project status, budget, and profitability. PROBLEM-SOLVING: Identifies and resolves problems that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business administration); 5+ years of experience in project management; excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
