For this assignment, we are supporting a global financial services organization with a strong presence in Hong Kong, delivering insurance and investment solutions to help clients achieve financial security and peace of mind. The Team You will be joining a high-performing Middle Office team that plays a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation across the organisation. This team is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our client's business, ensuring seamless integration with other departments, and providing critical support to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities As Project Manager, you will be accountable for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Business Development, to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones. Your expertise in project management will enable our client's business to achieve its strategic objectives, drive growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in project management, with at least 5 years of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly valued.
