Project Manager Trasfertista - MEP for Civil and Infrastructure Applications

LHH For an important General Contractor operating in the civil construction sector (segment 20-120 million euros), we are seeking a Project Manager MEP. The need arises from the necessity to strengthen the Operations team to support the company's growth, development, and consolidation on the national territory in line with the solid industrial plan that will see the company become one of the leading operators in the sector of competence. Responsibilities The profile sought, reporting directly to the Operations Director, will be responsible for managing the relevant project phases, ensuring compliance with times, costs, and quality standards and a point of reference for the client. Main activities will include: - Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the entire project lifecycle from start-up to delivery; - Managing the budget, controlling costs, and optimizing available resources; - Supervising construction sites and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations; - Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure correct execution of works; - Preparing progress reports and interfacing with clients and project stakeholders. Your Profile The sought-after figure must possess the following requirements: - Diploma or degree in engineering disciplines; - At least 10 years' experience in similar roles, gained within general contractors and/or technological installation companies for civil applications, modernly organized and compatible with the indicated positioning; - Availability to move on the national territory according to project locations; - Excellent knowledge of building regulations and main project management software. #LI-VT1 Sector: Construction/Civil Engineering Role: Construction/Professions
