Project Manager - Digital Transformation

Candidate Profile

Higher education degree (business, engineering, management, economics or similar).
3-7 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
Experience in transformation projects, process optimization, or system implementation.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze processes and strong orientation towards results.
Experience in facilitating workshops and presentations to management.
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

Coordinate digital transformation projects (ERP, CRM, automation, process digitalization).
Define project objectives, budgets, timelines, and success indicators.
Monitor project progress, risks, and results obtained.
Collaborate with business teams, IT, and external suppliers for solution implementation.
Facilitate management-level decisions and ensure project reporting progress.
Coordinate change management activities and adoption of new digital solutions.
Track the achievement of business benefits resulting from project implementation.
