A Project Manager is sought by a busy Tier 2 Commercial Builder, to manage a $30 million mix use commercial construction project.
The Opportunity:

- Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on commercial and government projects from $5 million to $50 million
- Managing a complex $30 million commercial construction project in Sydney CBD.
- $250k to $270K package
- Immediate start
- Long term permanent opportunity
- Northern Sydney office based
- Opportunity to work for an established builder with strong work pipeline for 2026
- An established Tier 2 Builder
- T/0 $200 million
- Reporting to a Construction Manager, managing a Site Manager, Foreman, CA and Cadet
- Focus on commercial, education and age care construction projects in the $5 - 50 million range
- Established client base, with full order book of work for 2026
- 35 years trading history
- Northern Sydney based
- A Construction Management Degree or similar
- Previous project management experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney
- Commercial construction experience on projects over $15 million is highly desirable
- MS Project experience sought, with Procore knowledge
- A steady career history and proven construction management background
- Ability to lead and development multi disciplined project teams
