Project Manager

Think Design Collaborative is looking for a Project Manager for leading successful execution and delivery of world-class UX & UI Design projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on managed web & mobile application design projects actively involving from Requirements collection, UX & UI Design, Development, Testing and Release of the product. Description: • As a Project Manager on the Think Design team, you will define, plan, track and manage mid-sized to large scale design projects, for delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations. Key responsibilities include: • Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies • Coordinating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and stakeholders • Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues • Collaborating with clients to ensure project deliverables meet their needs and expectations. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in managing design projects from concept to delivery • Strong understanding of UX & UI Design principles and best practices • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp • Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, or related field.
