Job description
TEN Recruitment is working closely with a respected commercial contractor that continues to deliver high-spec industrial developments across Perth. With a solid pipeline already locked in, they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple large-scale projects and oversee the full lifecycle from pre-construction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery on industrial builds across the metro area
- Oversee procurement, contract admin, budget tracking, and programming
- Lead site teams and work closely with senior management and clients
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Ensure each project meets safety, compliance, quality, and timeline targets
- Proven experience managing commercial or industrial projects valued $15M+
- Strong knowledge of WA construction regulations and delivery methodologies
- Ability to lead teams, drive program performance, and solve challenges proactively
- Strong commercial skills and confidence in financial management
- Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights
- Salary up to $225K + Super (based on experience)
- Long-term stability across a secured project pipeline
- Perth-based role—no FIFO or regional travel required
- Work within a respected builder that values people and performance
