Job description

TEN Recruitment is working closely with a respected commercial contractor that continues to deliver high-spec industrial developments across Perth. With a solid pipeline already locked in, they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple large-scale projects and oversee the full lifecycle from pre-construction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project delivery on industrial builds across the metro area
Oversee procurement, contract admin, budget tracking, and programming
Lead site teams and work closely with senior management and clients
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
Ensure each project meets safety, compliance, quality, and timeline targets

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience managing commercial or industrial projects valued $15M+
Strong knowledge of WA construction regulations and delivery methodologies
Ability to lead teams, drive program performance, and solve challenges proactively
Strong commercial skills and confidence in financial management
Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights
