Role Description:
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of Telecom projects (OSS, BSS, Network Rollout, Fiber, Mobility, 5G, IoT, etc.).
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful delivery.
- Track project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and cost.Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies create mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status reporting and governance meetings.
- Drive process improvements and best practices in project management within Telecom environments.
- Support pre-sales and proposal development when required (RFP, RFI responses).
