LATESYS GmbH is a leading European provider of services in the field of tooling and equipment construction. Our teams in Hamburg and Bremen consist of experts in the fields of design, production, assembly, and commissioning of production lines, as well as mounting and maintenance tools.

To support our team in Hamburg, we are looking for a Project Manager Technical Leader (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

Your task area

• Planning, control, and management of customer projects from the offer preparation to the project completion in close cooperation with design, production, procurement, quality assurance, and as an interface to customers and suppliers including participation in meetings
• Responsibility for the project-related planning and implementation regarding quality, costs, capacities, deadlines, and scope of delivery
• Surety of alignment of priorities and identification and solution of bottlenecks under inclusion of all relevant departments
• Independent organization and coordination of all internal and external activities to process customer orders
• Surety and monitoring of production and delivery dates
• Implementation of performance monitoring, control, reporting, and project documentation
• Setup of new projects in SAGES and checking and recording all project and working hours
• Responsibility for the guidance and coordination of the project team
• Implementation of change and claim management
• Accompaniment of acceptance tests and commissioning at the customer's site.

Qualifikation

Your profile :

• You have already worked as a PMO in comparable projects
• You convince with your communicative approach and your ability to act sovereignly even in challenging situations.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Technology, Mechatronics, Production Technology or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the industrial sector or aerospace industry
• Safe handling of technical drawings, production documents, and project-related documentation
• Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams, customers, and suppliers
• Good German and very good English skills in writing and speaking
• Location: Hamburg-Finkenwerder / hybrid work. Regular appearances and ideally residence in the Bremen or Nordenham area. Presence in Hamburg for about 1-2 days per week desired.
