Join our team in 20457 Hamburg as Project Manager Technical Documentation (m/w/d) and shape the future with us! The position is to be filled on a full-time basis through labor leasing. THESE ARE YOUR TASKS: Interface between Technical Documentation (DOC) and project organization, including coordination of all relevant work packages
Koordination, planning, and control of DOC work packages regarding quality, costs, time, and contractual implementation
Creation and continuous maintenance of term, cost, and resource planning for all DOC-related work packages
Determination of the resource requirements and coordination with the department on responsibilities and task assignments
Preparation of status reports based on predefined reporting templates and derivation of evaluations and measures
Support of PM-IPS in fachspezific clarifications in contract negotiations with customers, partners, and subcontractors
Identification and documentation of improvement and process gaps, creation of interface documents, and ensuring quality checks of external and internal services
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT: Completed studies in the field of engineering, economics or comparable qualification
Comprehensive knowledge of Integrated Product Support (IPS), particularly in technical documentation
Fundamental experience with ASD S1000D, S2000M or comparable standards
Sure in project management methods (classic or agile), ideally with certification (e.g. IPMA, Scrum)
Professional experience in project management and preferably in marine, shipping, logistics or IPS processes
Communicative, team-oriented, responsible and conflict-avoiding
Very good English skills in writing and speaking
