Job Description
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate complex projects, who will take responsibility for projects after the contract is signed and lead them end-to-end, from planning and team mobilization to implementation, acceptance, invoicing, and handover to the support team.
We want a Project Manager who doesn't just track tasks and report, but takes responsibility for delivery, anticipates problems, and coordinates all involved parties to achieve the final result.
What you will do
- You will analyze contracts, specifications, offers, and delivery, acceptance, and invoicing conditions, and translate them into a clear project plan;
- You will define project phases, deliverables, responsible parties, resources, dependencies, and deadlines, and coordinate project launches;
- You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams – software, hardware, production, procurement, logistics, installation, service, and support – to achieve the assumed objectives;
- You will monitor progress, budgets, resources, and critical activities, and actively manage risks and blockers;
- You will be the main operational point of contact for the beneficiary during the implementation phase and will manage requests and changes that arise during the project;
- You will coordinate suppliers and subcontractors and monitor adherence to deadlines, deliverables, and assumed requirements;
- You will coordinate delivery, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and user training;
- You will ensure the preparation of documentation and the fulfillment of the necessary conditions for acceptance and invoicing;
- You will periodically report on project progress and will escalate risks, blockers, and decisions requiring intervention in a timely manner;
- You will coordinate project closures and structured handover to the support team.
What we offer
- Involvement in complex projects with direct impact and visible results;
- Exposure to integrated software-hardware technologies and solutions;
- A professional, collaborative, and pragmatic work environment where direct communication and initiative are encouraged;
- Autonomy in project management and the ability to directly influence how projects are organized and delivered;
- Direct collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and company management;
- Visibility over the entire project lifecycle, from contract to implementation and handover to support;
- The opportunity to contribute to the development of processes and ways of working as the company grows;
- Professional development opportunities;
- Salary package and benefits aligned with the experience and responsibility level of the role.
What success looks like in this role
Success in this role means well-organized projects delivered according to assumed commitments, with actively managed deadlines, budgets, and resources, identified and addressed risks, clear communication with beneficiaries and involved teams, and a structured transition to the support team.
