Project Manager (Surveillance/ SmartCity Projects)

Position Title: Project Manager –Surveillance Experience Required: 10 Years Location : Noida Travel Required : 80% across project locations and client sites About the Role We are looking for an experienced and execution-driven Project Manager with strong expertise in Surveillance/ Safe City/Smart City/ ITMS projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing large government and state police surveillance projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables. • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. • Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders. Requirements: • 10 years of experience in managing large-scale surveillance projects. • Strong understanding of Surveillance/ Safe City/Smart City/ ITMS projects. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and technical skills. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
