Project Manager Supply Chain (m/f/d)

For our headquarters in Neumünster, we are looking for a
Project Manager Supply Chain (m/f/d)
on a 40-hour basis as soon as possible.
Do you enjoy structuring complex topics, bringing together diverse stakeholders, and guiding projects from the initial idea to successful implementation? In this position, you will supplement our Supply Chain department and take on the independent coordination and implementation of defined projects along our supply chain.
You will ensure that project goals, tasks, responsibilities, and timings are clearly defined, keep an eye on dependencies and open points, and ensure that agreed-upon measures are consistently pursued and implemented.
You will work closely with our Supply Chain team as well as internal interfaces such as Accounting, Controlling, Sales, IT, and E-Commerce, and also coordinate the collaboration with external service providers and our colleagues from Europe and China on a project-related basis.
The goal of the role is to create additional project capacity within our Supply Chain, to drive cross-departmental topics in a structured manner, and to ensure their successful implementation.

• Independent responsibility for defined projects in the Supply Chain area – from the concretization of project goals and planning through to implementation and successful project completion.
• Independent structuring of assigned topics: You will gain an overview of the initial situation, identify areas requiring action, and independently derive the necessary work steps, responsibilities, and timings.
• Independent procurement and compilation of necessary information from the involved specialist departments, systems, and from internal and external contacts.
• Coordination and management of involved internal and external contacts, as well as active facilitation of necessary coordination, support, and decisions.
• Active management of project progress: You will keep an eye on milestones, dependencies, and open points, consistently follow up on them, and intervene early in case of delays.
• Early identification of risks and obstacles as well as independent development of suitable solution approaches and measures, or targeted involvement of the necessary decision-makers.
• Analysis of existing processes and workflows within your projects as well as development and implementation of concrete optimizations together with the involved specialist departments.
• Transparent preparation and communication of project statuses, results, and decision requirements to the involved specialist departments and responsible parties.
• Ensuring sustainable implementation and structured handover of completed projects into operational processes and to the respective responsible departments.

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship / a specialized degree or a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in project management, supply chain management, logistics, or a comparable environment.
• You have experience in structuring, coordinating, and successfully implementing projects with various internal and external stakeholders.
• You have a confident command of MS Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook; experience with ERP and project management systems is an advantage.
• You possess good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• You have a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working and can quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into concrete work steps.
• You count the ability to set priorities, recognize dependencies, and manage multiple projects in a structured manner in parallel among your strengths.
• You work independently and reliably, consistently follow up on open points, and ensure that concrete next steps emerge from discussions.
• You are a team player in collaboration with various specialist departments and bring strong communication skills and a confident demeanor in dealing with internal and external contacts.
• You maintain an overview of goals, timings, and open points even in complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
