About the Role This is a hands-on Project Manager role focused on delivering small-scale leak inspection, repair, and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and effective communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets • Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues • Managing project risks and mitigating any potential impacts • Reporting project status and performance metrics to senior management • Collaborating with the team to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess: • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Familiarity with construction or building maintenance industry • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
