Tasks In this responsible role, you lead the project development from the tender phase to successful realization. You take over cost and deadline planning, conduct tenders and prepare contracts. As the central point of contact, you coordinate architects, planners, contractors and property owners and ensure that quality, costs and deadlines are always under control. Even in complex situations, you maintain an overview and find solution-oriented approaches . Profile - Completed training as a site manager, architect or technician HF High-Rise Construction - Several years of experience in project management, site management and construction coordination - Customer-oriented, precise and economical thinking - Communication skills and negotiation skills when dealing with different stakeholder groups - High reliability, self-initiative and goal-orientedness.
