PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION SECTOR

Temporary Spa, Agenzia per il Lavoro leader in Italia, filiale di Pavia, is looking for an important reality client operating in the construction sector with headquarters in Milan, a: PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION SECTOR You have experience in managing building sites, like coordinating teams and facing complex challenges in the construction world? We are looking for a Project Manager with solid experience in the construction sector, capable of managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring respect for times, costs, quality, and safety. Main tasks: - Planning, coordination, and supervision of building sites (residential, commercial, or infrastructure). - Management of resources (human, technical, and economic) employed in projects. - Constant interface with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and site direction. - Monitoring of project progress with periodic reports and updates on timelines and criticalities. - Verification of compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. - Preparation and control of technical and administrative documentation. Required skills: - Excellent leadership and coordination abilities. - Solid knowledge of construction regulations and main tools for managing building sites. - Skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings. - Familiarity with project management software and CAD tools. - Negotiation and problem-solving capabilities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent title. - Previous experience of at least 3 years in similar roles. - Knowledge of safety regulations for building sites (D.Lgs. 81/08). - Good knowledge of the English language. - B driving license and availability to travel briefly on the territory.
