The Permanent Placement Division of Openjobmetis Spa, Ascoli Piceno branch, is seeking a Project Manager with experience in the construction/real estate sector to supervise projects in the Retail field. Position The selected figure will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects in close collaboration with the internal team and site managers on construction sites. Main activities include: • Coordinating and supervising project teams; • Developing and implementing project plans; • Monitoring and controlling project progress; • Identifying and mitigating potential risks; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals; • Managing budgets and resources; • Reporting on project status and progress. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, architecture); • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction/real estate sector; • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials; • Excellent organizational and communication skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
