Project Manager Security Services
Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager for electronic security projects, responsible for ensuring the correct execution of contracted services in Mexico, from planning to the closing of contracts and tickets, ensuring compliance with established client commitments, coordination of technical and administrative resources, supervision of service levels (SLA/OLA), and generation of performance and billing reports.
Main activities:
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with service contracts, from activation to termination, guaranteeing customer service quality.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and closing of service projects, including validation of deliverables and obtaining proof of compliance.
- Supervise compliance with SLAs defined in contracts, internally managing necessary OLAs to ensure timely attention.
- Conduct site visits when service complexity requires it or to ensure the proper development of assigned projects.
- Manage the efficient allocation of technical and material resources for the correct execution of services.
- Interact directly with clients to attend to requirements, resolve incidents, and maintain satisfaction throughout the contract term.
- Ensure correct billing of services, in coordination with financial departments, validating that agreed commercial terms are met.
- Generate control, performance, and contract progress reports (KPIs, income, expenses, service levels) for the Operations Directorate.
- Ensure that the P&L of contracts is met according to sold metrics.
- Report (Billing, P&L, Performance, SLA etc.) of managed contracts and tickets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in team management, specifically in IT services, electronic security, AV, automation, project engineering, client management, technical personnel management.
- Solid knowledge of PMI, Scrum, PMP – PMI/Prince/Agile project management methodologies, ITIL.
- Advanced conversational English.
