We are seeking a Project Manager (ServiceNow) to join our creative and driven team! Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and monitoring. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners. Provide project updates and status reports to management and stakeholders. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements and best practices. Develop and maintain a project management methodology and framework. Provide guidance and support to team members. Ensure knowledge sharing and lessons learned are documented and shared across the organization. ServiceNow: Leverage ServiceNow expertise to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency. Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations. Ensure ServiceNow solutions meet customer requirements and are aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners. Provide ServiceNow updates and status reports to management and stakeholders. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for ServiceNow process improvements and best practices. Develop and maintain a ServiceNow management methodology and framework. Provide guidance and support to team members. Ensure knowledge sharing and lessons learned are documented and shared across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering. 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ServiceNow. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
