YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate a diverse range of product development tasks with a complex, interdisciplinary project team;
• Plan and execute medium complexity application projects in the sensors and lighting products area;
• Steer work packages and milestones within the project team using prescribed methods and systems;
• Lead international projects with a focus on high performance and achieving predefined goals.
• Experience in coordinating and executing international projects with a focus on high performance and achieving predefined goals.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development process (V-cycle).
• General knowledge in the fields of electronics, software, and mechanical design.
• General knowledge in planning, tracking, and achieving project, quality, timing, and commercial targets, and explaining facts and practices.
• Previous experience in customer discussions and basic knowledge of product industrialization.
• Advanced communication and moderation skills for leading cross-functional meetings.
• Flexible work hours, working in a diverse environment, and occasional travel availability.

• Proficient in writing, reading, and speaking English.
