Project Manager / Senior Project Manager Cybersecurity (Data Centre Projects)

Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of cybersecurity projects across data centres, critical facilities, and enterprise environments. The successful candidate will manage projects from planning through implementation, ensuring security, operational, and compliance requirements are met while delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects across data centres, critical facilities, and enterprise environments. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required security, operational, and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and status reports. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Ensure that all projects are properly documented, including lessons learned and best practices. Manage and coordinate the activities of project team members, including vendors and contractors. Provide guidance and support to project team members as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, sponsors, and team members. Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, computer science, or business administration). At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
