Job description
Are you an experienced project manager who wants to make an impact within a rapidly growing software company? Do you want to make a difference for clients in the area of personnel planning and staff shortages? Do you have the knowledge and skills to manage projects efficiently while keeping customer satisfaction high? Do you want to use your experience to strengthen the team and achieve optimal results together? Then we look forward to meeting you!
Want to work at one of the Top 3 players in Workforce Management in the Netherlands and contribute to rapid international development?
At Intus, we help our clients and their employees with smarter planning. In doing so, we contribute to solving one of the most important societal challenges: staff shortages.
Our products bring flexibility and efficiency to the planning process, which is beneficial for everyone. Our clients can optimally deploy their employees, while we simultaneously contribute to greater work happiness and a healthy work-life balance. A win-win for everyone!
As a Project Manager at Intus, you will play a crucial role in projects with our diverse clients in various markets such as healthcare, government, industry, and logistics. You will structure and execute multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish. This can involve guiding our clients through the full implementation of our InPlanning software with a new client or managing a complex transformation in the application landscape for an existing client. Internal projects can also be part of the activities. Thanks to your ability to create support and maintain an overview, you will help clients and ensure an efficient project flow.
You will be part of a team of project managers and consultants responsible for all projects in the Netherlands. As a project manager, you are the primary point of contact for the client during a project, regarding progress, planning, quality, budget, and execution. You will work closely with colleagues (including implementation consultants and technical consultants) to realize the projects, and you will also have regular contact with fellow project managers, account managers, technical consultants, and product owners. In short, an engaging role in a dynamic work environment!
As a project manager, you will guide projects from A to Z, which means you have the following responsibilities:
Drafting a Plan of Approach and an implementation agenda.
Planning project activities of consultants.
Ensuring good collaboration between all internal and external project stakeholders.
Timely identifying and reporting risks, based on which you propose a concrete approach for decision-making.
Monitoring frameworks including project goals, quality, budgets, and schedules.
Providing monthly reports and preparing invoicing to the client.
Maintaining an overview of multiple projects simultaneously.
You have extensive work experience as a project manager, preferably in healthcare.
You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree.
You have a proactive attitude and take responsibility.
You are a true team player and know how to effectively engage stakeholders.
You work in a structured manner and have a helicopter view.
You are results-oriented but do not lose sight of quality.
You are driven, intelligent, analytical, and capable of thinking and acting at different levels.
You master the Dutch and English languages at a professional level, both spoken and written. If you also master German, that's a cherry on top!
At Intus, we attach great importance to an informal yet professional working atmosphere. But there's more that makes us special! Here's our DNA in a nutshell:
Pride; in our product, our clients, and our colleagues!
Good vibe; a pleasant atmosphere where every opinion counts.
Open culture; yes, with short lines of communication and little hierarchy.
Collegiality; we help each other and have fun together. Do you have a last-minute question? You'll always find someone willing to help.
Ambitious; what we have achieved so far is great, but we are far from done!
And furthermore, we offer:
A good salary
A meaningful job: being part of an organization that makes the work lives of 200,000 people easier
Free lunch and fruit: we all eat together when you are at the office
- Various development opportunities!
You can work at the client's site, at the office, or from home
A nice and cozy office located next to Driebergen-Zeist station
A lease car or mobility budget :)
Tax-free expense allowance (internet) of €30/month
A good work-life balance: you can choose to work 32 or 40 hours per week
A shower (a warm one 😊)... so you can cycle to the office or go for a run during lunch or after office hours!
28 vacation days to recharge your batteries
€750 home office budget to create a healthy work environment at home
Pension scheme
Friday afternoon drinks, board games, darts, table football, annual team outing
An annual trip✨ with all your colleagues!
