We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring their timely delivery, within budget and with high quality. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, preferably in the digital transformation area, with knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. He/she should also have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as strong leadership abilities. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely delivery and within budget; • Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals; • Ensuring high-quality deliverables, meeting customer expectations; • Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring project continuity; • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in project management. He/she should also be certified in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master) and have knowledge of MS Project, Asana, Trello or similar tools.
