Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects and teams. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our projects, ensuring timely and within budget delivery, while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: • Project planning and coordination, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting. • Leading and managing project teams, including setting goals, defining roles and responsibilities, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration. • Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinating and managing project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. • Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. • Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure project success. • Providing regular project updates to stakeholders and management. • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of the job. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical or electronics industry. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes. • Sécheron Hasler Group offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
