Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies - sprint planning, daily/weekly stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement supportCoach the team on Agile values, Scrum principles, and continuous improvementTrack progress and capacity; proactively flag risks and impediments to the programPerform daily follow-up on open tasks, actions, and commitments across all Digital Workplace workstreamsCoordinate dependencies between the Scrum team and Digital Workplace Service Owners across all service areas, including: Windows, Intune, AD/GPO, M365, device platforms (Windows, Mac, Android), enterprise file services, printing, communications, and meeting rooms managementProcess & Service Management - ITIL service management practices, service catalogue management, and operational process improvementOwn the team’s Agile tooling hygiene (Jira, or equivalent) - boards, workflows, and sprint metrics must be accurate and current at all timeDefine and enforce team collaboration norms, documentation standards, and sprint artefactsTranslate program-level goals into actionable sprint priorities, keeping the team focused on outcomes Experience in Digital Workplace, end-user computing, or infrastructure modernisation programsHands-on familiarity with MS Intune, Active Directory/GPO, M365, and Windows Autopilot — enough to facilitate technical conversations and challenge delivery teamsWorking knowledge of multi-platform device management across Windows, Mac, and Android environments Exposure to enterprise file services, print management, communications platforms, or meeting room technology is a strong advantageProven Agile tooling management (Jira, Miro or equivalent)Experience in hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) delivery models Demonstrated experience in ITIL-aligned process managementStrong execution drive and result-oriented mindset - this role requires someone who follows up, chases, and delivers, not just facilitatesExcellent daily coordination and task management disciplineCertifications (mandatory): A-CSM or PSM II strongly preferred, SAFe SSM or SASM preferred, ITIL Foundation certification required; ITIL Practitioner is an advantage, PMP or PRINCE2 is an advantage Project extension possible IT is and always has been our core business that laid the foundation for Hays' success.
