Project Manager Scrum Master

As a Project Manager Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and with customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining project plans, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines. • Coordinating and collaborating with team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Identifying and mitigating risks, and developing contingency plans as needed. • Tracking and reporting progress against project plans, identifying and addressing deviations from plan. • Ensuring that all projects are delivered in accordance with Datavid's quality standards and customer expectations. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role. • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum framework. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
