The scope of cooperation includes: co-creation and development of a comprehensive AI Governance model covering principles, roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and oversight mechanisms for AI/GenAI utilization in the bank, coordination of the AI/GenAI use case management process, collaboration in identifying and assessing risks related to AI/GenAI, ensuring regulatory compliance, and designing and monitoring appropriate control mechanisms, organization and management of operational Governance – preparation of materials, monitoring the implementation of agreements, statuses, and actions, and ensuring proper information flow between involved units, preparation of reports, analyses, and presentations for management and bank committees, including materials on the status of initiatives, risks, use cases, and key decisions, coordination of material preparation for internal and external audits and the regulator, ensuring documentation completeness and consistency, service delivery model: remote with occasional visits to the office in Warsaw, project budget: up to 110 PLN net + VAT/hour, depending on experience and scope of services provided. Competencies required for service delivery: minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, minimum 2–4 years of experience in technology Governance, risk / compliance in financial institutions, and AI/model Governance (conceptual-control level), practical understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, particularly their applications, limitations, and key risks associated with their use, knowledge of the specifics of a regulated environment, experience in collaborating with multiple units, especially IT, Risk, Compliance, very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (C1 level). nice to have: knowledge of regulations and standards concerning AI and the financial sector, particularly AI Act, DORA, model risk management, experience in preparing management materials and experience working in large, international organizations or group structures.
