Job Overview: Sarina Homes is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage residential development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for all phases of the project, from initial planning and design to construction and final handover. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee all aspects of residential development projects from inception to completion. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. * Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Manage and mitigate project risks. * Prepare and present project reports to senior management. * Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and permits. * Oversee the construction process, including site supervision and quality control. * Manage project close-out, including final inspections and handover to homeowners. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on residential development. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. * Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore). * Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills. * Proven ability to manage and motivate project teams. * Experience with contract negotiation and management. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
