Company Fritzmeier Engineering SRL, with its headquarters in Sibiu, is looking for a candidate for an internal role of Project Manager - SAP (S/4HANA) who will support the implementation of the ERP system at the local level, in a strategic digital transformation project. Our company aims to replace the current ERP legacy system with a modern SAP solution, and this role will have a defining impact on the success of the implementation.
The project will be carried out in collaboration with a team of implementation at the group level (Germany) and with an external consulting partner.
At the local level, from this role you will act as a central point for the functional area, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
The role requires presence at the office.

Requirements and competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation projects.
- Solid knowledge in modules MM, PP, EWM
- Basic knowledge in modules SD and FI/CO represents a plus.
- Experience as SAP Functional Consultant / Lead in implementation projects – represents an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills for business processes (production and logistics).
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (business, IT, external consultants).
- Experience in collaborating with international teams.
- Advanced level of English language (German language represents an advantage).
- Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Acts as Project Manager for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA at the local level.
- Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, the implementation team from Germany, and the consulting company.
- Analyzes, defines, and optimizes business processes in modules:
- MM (Material Management) – especially the IM (Inventory Management) component
- PP (Production Planning) - with a focus on the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) component
- EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- Translates business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Participates actively in the design of the SAP solution and validates implementation from a functional perspective.
- Supports configuration, testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
- Identifies and manages gaps between existing processes and the SAP standard.
- Contributes to the management of change and the adoption of new processes by users.
- Ensures complete and correct functional documentation.
