Project Manager SAP

Project We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will be responsible for leading strategic projects related to the development and integration of SAP systems. Hybrid model, 2 days per week from the Warsaw office. Tasks: Leading IT projects carried out for the ERP Systems Department. Close cooperation with the Head of the ERP Systems Department. Participation in the creation of the SAP system development roadmap and definition of business goals. Cooperation in designing solutions and coordinating their implementation. Responsibility for preparing and maintaining project documentation. Monitoring project progress and reporting status. Planning and organizing tests of implemented solutions. Active participation in project meetings and knowledge sharing within the team. Expectations: Minimum 8 years of experience in projects related to the SAP system. Experience in leading projects involving the integration of SAP with other systems. Very good knowledge of IT project management methodologies, especially Agile and PRINCE2, and the ability to select the appropriate methodology for managing the project and organizing the team's work. Experience in managing cooperation with suppliers and external partners. Good knowledge of project documentation preparation standards. Ability to analyze, estimate, and budget IT projects. Good knowledge of tools: Jira, MS Project. Very good knowledge of the English language. Nice to have: Knowledge of business processes and SAP functional areas supporting enterprise management, particularly in HR and Payroll, and Finance and Accounting. Knowledge of additional foreign languages. Certificates or completed training in project management. Knowledge of technologies used in the SAP environment. Basic knowledge of SAP architecture and logic, and SAP Fiori. Experience in leading projects with a value exceeding PLN 5 million.
