Project Manager - Salesforce Implementation (6 month contract)

Role Overview The Salesforce Re-Architecture Project Manager is the execution lead and facilitator responsible for ensuring that all resources and stakeholders remain aligned, productive, and on schedule for a successful Salesforce implementation. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Management: * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. * Manage project scope changes, ensuring proper change control processes are followed. * Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively manage issues to ensure timely completion. * Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders. * Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. Salesforce Implementation: * Lead the implementation of Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and data migration. * Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants to ensure alignment with project requirements. * Manage and oversee the testing and quality assurance of Salesforce solutions. * Ensure proper user training and documentation for Salesforce users. Stakeholder Management & Communication: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors. * Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales. * Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues. * Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Financial Management: * Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints. * Monitor project expenses and provide regular budget reports. * Forecast project costs and identify potential cost savings opportunities. Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Salesforce implementations. * Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and data migration. * Experience with Agile project management methodologies. * Excellent project planning, organizational, and time management skills. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). * Fluent in English and Spanish.
