Project Manager (Salesforce)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within budget delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce and its various modules, with experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, developing and implementing project plans, and ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and managing project plans, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines • Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams • Ensuring timely and within budget delivery of projects, including monitoring and controlling project progress • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and vendors • Identifying and mitigating project risks, and developing contingency plans as needed • Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and effective communication • Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and vendors • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness • Providing guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring as needed • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project management skills and knowledge.
