Project Manager

This full-time, in-office role involves supporting key executives and various departments to drive the successful execution of critical projects in trading, business development, and technology integration. Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and quality results; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project objectives; • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks; • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including executives and team members; • Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization; • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry; • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello); • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
