Your Role

Within the Design & Quality team, your mission is to renovate apartments, finding the right balance between quality, duration, and cost control. To achieve this, you will work with suppliers and general contractors in each city and utilize all our project management tools.

Occasional travel to our cities is expected.

Your Responsibilities

40% Design of Renovation and Relocation Projects

• Design renovations for the existing portfolio remotely.

• Administer orders and payments for suppliers and service providers.

• Coordinate and supervise relocation and refurbishment projects for apartments leaving the portfolio.

• Manage stocks of materials and consumables.

30% Project Management

• Coordinate and supervise various construction sites remotely and on-site.

• Ensure compliance in collaboration with the Management team and resolve any issues encountered.

• Lead, train, and retain contractors for fitting-out and renovation projects.

• Monitor the quality, costs, and deadlines of each construction site and update the information system.

20% Feasibility Studies

• Recommend works and renovations and ensure the final product meets our standards.

• Estimate the projected costs necessary for renovations.

10% Innovation

• Source new general contractors and local service providers.

• Contribute to the improvement of Design & Quality practices and processes to increase customer satisfaction and optimize operating costs for Coliving properties.

Your Profile

• You hold a degree from a school in real estate, construction (BTP), or project management.

• You speak and write French and English fluently.

• You have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, to resolve issues.

• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and propose improvements to internal practices.
